:: LOGISTICS AND WORKFLOW

   Working with a partner who is thousands of miles away can be a challenge.    However,with use of the right technology and systems, this challenge can be    successfully met.

   Cadworld has a high level of expertise in understanding the challenges posed by    offshore working. Our workflow systems have been refined over the last 7 years and    now provide a strong platform for smooth and effective collaboration between your    project team and ours.

NOTES :


A. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS / WORK INSTRUCTIONS & INPUTS

     These may be divided into two categories: -

     - General
     - Project Specific

     General specifications / work-instructions shall enumerate the standing aspects      which shall be applicable to all projects of similar nature.

     There shall be a general specification / work-instruction for each type of job to be      executed by Cadworld, and shall be sent by client only once.

     Project specific specifications / work-instructions (if any), shall be communicated to      Cadworld for each individual project. These may be communicated as and when      required by e-mail. These shall cover aspects specific to the concerned      project over and above the generalized documents.


     


B. TRAINING

     Long-distance :
     Conducting video conferencing through web based meeting tools such as WebEx.

     On-site :
     In case of a potentially long-term relationship, Cadworld would consider the      possibility of deputing one of its Project Manager’s at client’s facilities for a limited      period of time in order to receive hands-on training and guidance on technical      aspects for future projects. On completion of the training the Project Manager shall      return to Cadworld and dissipate the information within the project team members.

     He shall also be the coordinator for all client specific projects within Cadworld.

C. PROJECT COLLABORATION : TECHNICAL DISCUSSIONS / CLARIFICATIONS

     Cadworld may seek clarifications from time to time regarding technical details of      projects. Such clarifications may be required either during project planning stage or      during project execution as and when required. Mode of communication may be      chosen as per nature of discussion / clarification required.

     Objective question-answer type of discussions may be carried out through e-mail.      For more extensive discussions (and situations where immediate clarification are      required), telephone / web-based meeting tools shall be made use of. Such      discussions shall be carried out between assigned technical personnel at either end.

     From Cadworld’s side it shall be the Project Manager who shall be responsible for      planning and co-ordination of client’s jobs.

F. PAYMENT THROUGH WIRE TRANSFER

     All payments need to be made by wire transfer. Wire transfer details shall be      supplied along with project proposal.
